I have been following my master for seven years. Practicing the "Heart Center Meditation Method" and the "Hand Seal Meditation Method" has unconsciously changed many of my bad habits. In addition to increased patience and love, I have found that my heart has become softer, and I can treat the people around me with more tolerance. I also tend to hold grudges much less often now.
I am grateful to my master for his tireless teaching over the years, which has opened my heart, changed my habits and state of mind, and made me realize through meditation that the mind can accomplish everything.
